Originally designed as a comfort sneaker for the high-mileage runner, the Asics GEL-Kayano Trainer was first released in 1993. Within the past several years, Asics has taken the road of almost every athletic footwear brand, and re-released numerous early 90s models. So, for spring 2015 they are treating us with the Asics GEL-Kayano Trainer in both triple black, and triple white renditions. They share a combination of mesh, suede and synthetics on the upper, sock-like fit, and a GEL-cushioned sole.
